Shipping policy

Turn around time on all products is 3 to 4 weeks.  During holiday seasons these times do not apply.  During Christmas time we will set an "order by date" where orders ordered by that date will be shipped in time to arrive by Christmas. We do our best to get items out as soon as possible without compromising the integrity of our items.  If we ever need to ship an item out later, we will be sure to contact you ahead of time.  Once item is shipped, I cannot control how long it takes the post office to deliver.  I always use 2 to 3 day shipping, but with the struggles the post office is having with the pandemic, that is not always the case. I can only go off of what the projected delivery date is when I purchase labels and cannot be held accountable what happens after it is dropped off at the postal service.
